Die-cut confetti in any shape — hearts, stars, circles, custom logos, leaves. Minimum 5kg per shape. Biodegradable options available for eco-conscious events.
Colour Matching
Pantone-matched confetti fills. Exact team colours, brand colours or seasonal palettes. Available for metallic foil, tissue paper and biodegradable fills.
Machine Casing
Custom enclosure design for electric launchers and cold spark machines. Logo engraving, custom RAL paint colours and branded carry cases for rental fleets.
Packaging Design
Retail-ready individual boxes, bulk shipper boxes and display units. Full offset printing. Barcoding, language localisation and regulatory label inserts included.
Private Label Docs
CE/RoHS declarations re-issued in your brand name. MSDS and transport certification documentation updated to reflect your product specifications.
The Process
From Briefing to Delivery in 15–20 Days
Our OEM workflow is built for speed. Once artwork is approved, we move immediately to production — no waiting weeks for samples.
Send us your requirements: product type, quantity, artwork direction, fill preferences and target delivery date.
Day 1We return a detailed quotation with 3D artwork mockups within 48 hours. No commitment required at this stage.
Day 2–3Physical samples produced and shipped via express courier for your approval. Revisions included at no extra cost.
Day 4–8Full production run begins immediately on sample approval. QC inspection at every stage.
Day 9–18Air or sea freight with full documentation. Door-to-door tracking. Customs clearance support included.

Factory Standards
Quality Control Process
Every product goes through a multi-stage QC process before leaving our factory. We're not an agent — we run the line.
All incoming materials tested against specifications before production begins. Rejected batches returned immediately.
Random sampling at every production stage. Pressure tests on all cannons. Electrical safety checks on all powered units.
100% fire-test on electric launchers and cold spark machines. Drop and vibration test on 5% of cannon batch.
Final quality check against AQL 1.0 standard. Visual, dimensional and performance parameters all verified before packing.
Full QC report, packing list and certificate of conformity issued with every shipment. Available for customs and client records.
